BESPOKE ORDERS

All bespoke orders will be confirmed via email containing an order confirmation form which will outline all the relevant information of the order and specification of the kit- garment, fabrics, fits, sizes, quantities, logos, numbers etc. Accompanied with this will be a factory CAD drawing.

The CAD drawing is a visual representation of the product and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours you are seeing displayed on your monitor will be an exact match to the garments you receive nor are we able to colour match to any photograph or previously printed matter. We can endeavour to match colours provided pantone references are given in writing prior but we make no guarantees. This is a visual represenation and it is at TOA sports discretion to make slight changes to the layout / design to fit the specific pattern of the garment and to accomodate logo / any personalisation options. Unless specificied- logos will be made to our recommend sizing.

The CAD drawing is a visual represenation of the final product and we can have up to three revisions free of charge. Any more than three will result in a £15 charge per revision. Print ready artwork can be provided on request.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all the details of the are correct. If there are any errors present on the Order Confirmation form TOA should be notified immediately and they will be corrected before being ordered. The orders only go into production once they are signed off and confirmed by the customer- this is when the lead time comes into play. If the order is confirmed by the customer with errors present this is the customer’s responsibility and not TOA Sports.

Whilst we take some precautions it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have permission for all club logos, sponsor logos and artwork they provide to us for useage. Order confirmation serves as full confirmation that the customer has permission to use any club logos, sponsor logos and artwork. We cannot take responsibility if there is any dispute from a third party due to any logos submitted by a customer.

DESIGN

Design is free of charge and we love coming up with unique designs for our customers. If something is really out there and requires substantial dedicated time to produce your vision extra design charges may incur. This will always be discussed and proposed in writing prior to production. We also request all logos are sent in a print ready format (.eps, .ai, .PDF). If TOA must redraw any logos provided there will be a charge for doing so starting at £15.

PRICES

Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices advertised includes VAT.

RETURNS POLICY

All items sold by TOA Sports are customised for the customer and are therefore non-returnable.

If you believe there to be a fault/defect with your item, please contact us via email with as much information as possible.

Please provide us with the original invoice or dispatch note as proof of purchase, along with details of the fault/defect and your contact details. If the item is agreed to be defective, we will offer a replacement free of charge.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary from product to product. Please contact for a current lead time on the products you are interested in. Any lead times quoted are an estimate. If you require an item for a specific date or event this must be confirmed and clarified in writing upon placing the order.

Please Note:

Delay in production and / or delivery shall neither justify an order cancellation, nor claim of consequential damage or loss of any nature compensation. Lead time indicated in quotes are an estimate of production or manufacturing lead times.

Payment

An invoice will accompany all orders, and this will need to be paid in full, so we can sign the order off for production. This can be made via BACS with details available on the invoice.

All the information you provide TOA Sports is regarded highly confidential. It is used for internal purposes only. We guarantee never to sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding yourself to any third party without your approval.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be constructed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.
