What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is the process of printing man onto polyester materials. A special paper is digitally printed with the design and is then heat pressed onto the fabric. This heat then causes the ink to turn into a coloured gas which in turn penetrates the fibres of the fabric and dyes the fabric to that colour.

Sublimation means almost any design in thousands of colours can be printed onto the garment and the only limit is your imagination. It is ideal for teamwear as it means design, colours, logos, numbers and initials do not incur any further cost to the garment.

What is your lead time?

If you are after fully custom kit in a hurry, we can help. Most of our range has an express made in UK option which has an average turn around of 2-3 weeks.

Cut & Sew and our elite range of sublimated items can be 4-6 weeks. Please note these are estimates from order sign off and during busy periods our lead times may change. If you need products for a specific event you will need to make sure this is made clear in writing prior to any purchase being made. Club Shop items will have lead times listed on the product page.

What are your prices?

We know we are extremely competitive price wise. For a full price list please email info@toasports.co.uk with your club, sport and any other details you wish to include.

Do you have a minimum order?

We can do most of our sublimated items from minimums of 1, but our listed prices will start at a minimum of 10-12 depending on item. Bespoke playing socks and our Bobble hats are the only higher minimum item with an MOQ of 25.
With most of our sublimated range and our Toro range we can also offer no minimums on re-order- this is ideal if you need an extra shirt during the season or have a new player join half way through a season!

Can I look at samples prior to purchase?

We are happy to meet up all clubs and show you our range of samples. If you wish to have these posted to you, we do require a refundable deposit- this will be refunded when the samples are returned.

What are your payment terms?

With all new customers we require full payment prior to purchase this can be made via bank transfer.

I don’t see my sport listed on your site- can you supply my sport?

Whatever your sport we should be able to help!
